Warranty and terms of use

We ride bicycles a bunch too and we like our stuff to last. Our harnesses are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship.

Huge amounts of wear and tear or massive crashes which break everything on your body and your bike are not covered. But email us anyway and we'll see what we can do.

We're not responsible for any damage that may arise through the improper use of the harness. Don't try and carry very large and very heavy items. For example, don't try and move a 42 inch TV with the harness. We recommend it for use with 13 litre dry bags or less and 2.5 kilograms or less of gear.

We're not responsible for any damage to your bike that may arise from using the harness. We've worked hard to be gentle on your seat post and seat, but some rubbing may occur where the harness connects to your bike.

We're not responsible for any accident that may arise as a result of using the harness improperly. You must attach it correctly and securely to the bicycle, and tuck away loose straps and packed items and make sure they're safely kept away from the rear wheel before riding.
